Built for ADHD & neurodivergent minds

Dump. Focus. Finish.

A calmer way to move through the day.

Your brain isn't the problem. It just needs a calmer place to land. Pour everything out, let the app pick one next step with you, and end the day with proof — not guilt.

How it works · in three breaths

A ritual,
not a system.

Step 01 / 03

Unload your thoughts

Pour it all out. No sorting, no order, typos welcome. The 5-minute timer is there if you want it — half-thoughts and errands all count. Nothing leaves your phone.

Step 02 / 03

See one next step

A small action, not the whole pile. The app reads what you wrote and quietly sorts it into Now, Next, and Later — the Now lane is always exactly one task. You can override anything.

Step 03 / 03

Notice your wins

Small ones count. No streak pressure. Finished tasks slide into Done — a quiet record of what you actually did, so tonight ends with proof instead of guilt.

Decide gently

Four gentle buckets.
One honest question: what does today have room for?

Urgent

Must do today. Warm, not alarming — three at most, so today stays possible.

Easy wins

Under 10 minutes each. Momentum for low-energy days — small still counts.

Big projects

Multi-step work, no pressure timeline. One small slice at a time.

Resting

Kept safe for when you're ready. Present and forgiving — not muted grey.

The decision matrix in the Tools tab — warm urgency, never red. Reflectify never scolds.

However today feels, the app meets you there.

Design principles

ADHD-first,
not as a label.

Four principles we wrote down before we started building. Every feature gets weighed against them.

Principle / 01

Honest over hype

No fake streaks, no dopamine traps, no pretend productivity scores. If a feature would make a tired ADHD brain feel worse at 11pm, it doesn't ship.

Principle / 02

Forgiveness is the feature

Miss a day, restart a week, redo onboarding. Reflectify should feel like a calm place to come back to — not another streak to protect.

Principle / 03

Capture before structure

Brain dumps come first because organizing is often the hard part. Get the noise out first; structure comes later, when there's room to think.

Principle / 04

Quiet by default

No red badges. No "you're falling behind" emails. Push notifications and alarms are for task reminders you choose yourself.

“I will wait for you.”
The motion philosophy written into the app — nothing bounces, nothing rushes, nothing scolds.

No. Reflectify is built around how ADHD brains tend to work — but plenty of people with anxiety, burnout, or just a noisy week find it useful. Use what helps.
On your phone. The brain-dump-to-task AI runs locally on-device. Optional encrypted backup is opt-in, and we never see what you write.
No, and there never will be. We think streaks weaponize a brain difference. Done is its own tab — open it whenever you need a kind reminder of what you actually did.
Free to start. Reflectify Pro will be available as a $2.99 subscription for cross-device backup and Pro features. No ads. No data brokering.
Not yet. We're a small team and we wanted to do one platform really well first. iOS is in early development — sign up for the list at the bottom.

One last thing

End the day with
proof, not guilt.
